We follow the traditional Lassi making process to make pure and authentic lassi. Full cream whole desi cow milk is set to curd overnight. Set curd is churned in wooden churner using vilona-bilona method to separate butter from the curd. What remains after separating butter from churned curd is the original buttermilk. This buttermilk tastes slightly sour but it is the best lassi among all types of buttermilk. You can add salt and other spices as per your liking.
